Donswift is recruiting an Operations Supervisor for a client in the Automotive (Motorcycle Spare Parts) industry
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily business operations ensuring efficiency in procurement, distribution and overall flow of work
• Conduct market analysis to identify customer demands, pricing trends and growth opportunities in motorcycle spare parts
• Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring accurate tracking, replenishment and minimal losses
Skills required
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in operations or stock management • Strong leadership skills
