• Communication & Presentation • Performance-driven mindset • Strong organisational & time management • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent • Professional qualification: Diploma in Insurance, Advanced Diploma in Insurance or CII (added advantage) • At least 2 years of relevant sales training experience in Life Insurance • Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs
