Shakib Cham Targets Pallaso, Alien Skin and Jake Paul in Bold Corporate Boxing Move
Ugandan socialite and businessman Shakib Cham is turning up the heat in the corporate boxing scene after revealing a star-studded list of potential opponents, including top musicians and international figures.
Fresh off a knockout victory over Barista Timo in a weekend boxing clash held in Kansanga, Shakib is now looking to elevate his profile both locally and globally.
Speaking in a recent interview, Shakib named Pallaso and Alien Skin as his top local targets for future boxing matches. According to him, the two artists would not only bring excitement to the ring but also help popularize corporate boxing among Ugandan youth.
He particularly pointed out Alien Skin’s passion for boxing, noting that although the singer is focused on music, stepping into the ring would be a major boost for the sport’s visibility.
On the international stage, Shakib is dreaming big. He expressed interest in facing American YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul and influencer Ashton Hall, saying such matchups would significantly elevate his career and put Uganda’s corporate boxing on the global map.
“I am eyeing four opponents. Globally, people like Jake Paul and Ashton Hall. If I ever got a chance to step into the ring with them, I would embrace it,” Shakib said.

Beyond new matchups, Shakib also hinted at unfinished business with Rickman Manrick, the only opponent to have defeated him so far. He confirmed he is ready for a rematch anytime, setting the stage for a potential high-profile showdown.
For campus students and young sports enthusiasts, Shakib Cham’s ambitions signal a growing fusion of entertainment, celebrity culture, and sports. With musicians and influencers entering the ring, corporate boxing is quickly evolving into a mainstream spectacle that blends hype, talent, and business.
If these fights materialize, they could redefine Uganda’s boxing entertainment scene and create new opportunities for student audiences to engage with the sport beyond traditional competition.
