No Drama, Just Respect” — Bucha Man Opens Up on Managing Multiple Partners
Veteran dancehall artist Bucha Man has shed light on how he successfully manages his polygamous lifestyle, revealing that mutual respect and transparency are key to keeping things drama-free.
The outspoken musician, popularly associated with Maama Ghetto (real name Claire Nanganja), disclosed in a recent interview that his relationship with her dates back nearly two decades. While many fans have long perceived Maama Ghetto as his only partner, Bucha Man clarified that he has had other women over the years, some of whom are mothers to his older children.
According to the “Mama Ghetto” hitmaker, harmony among his partners is maintained through openness and clearly defined respect, especially toward Maama Ghetto, who holds a central role in his life.
“They have no reason to fight. They may be jealous sometimes, but why would you fight your fellow woman? Those things are outdated,” he said.
Bucha Man emphasized that all his partners are aware of each other and understand their positions, adding that those outside his main household accord Maama Ghetto the respect she deserves.
“All my women know Maama Ghetto, and they respect her. Those who don’t love her, don’t love me by default,” he added.
The artist further revealed that he remains open to expanding his family, stating that he sees no issue with taking on more partners as long as he is still alive.

His remarks have since sparked mixed reactions online, with some praising his honesty and others questioning the practicality of maintaining such relationships in modern times.
Despite the debate, Bucha Man appears unfazed, standing firm in his belief that respect and understanding are enough to sustain his unconventional family setup.
